Mazad Car Marketplace - Account Deletion Policy
We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete your Mazad Car Marketplace account and what happens to your data.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Delete your account through the app
- Open the Mazad Car Marketplace app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account Settings
- Tap on "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Option 2: Email request
Send an email to support@mazadcars.com with:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your username or account ID (if known)
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Personal profile information (name, contact details, profile picture)
- Vehicle listings and photos you've uploaded
- Bidding history and transaction records
- Messages and communications with other users
- Payment information
Data Retention
The following information may be retained for legal and business purposes:
- Transaction records required for tax and financial reporting (retained for 7 years)
- Information related to completed sales or purchases (retained for 3 years)
- Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you
- Information required to prevent fraud or as required by law
Additional Information
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use our services again, you'll need to create a new account.
